Ms. Lamont has been a teacher at the Hurley since 2024. She was previously a student teacher and substitute at the Hurley while she was studying for her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education from Boston College. Before teaching at the Hurley, she taught 5th grade for 3 years in Danvers, Massachusetts. Ms. Lamont loves watching students grow and learn throughout the school year. Ms. Lamont loves reading and traveling, exploring and learning more about new places and cultures. She also does volunteer work through a non-profit mentoring and hosting a leadership conference for high school sophomore students. Ms. Lamont has always known that working with students was her calling!
